Two actions in the district court for Stearns county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, one on behalf of Yvonne Bohnen, a minor, by her father and natural guardian, to recover for injuries sustained by the minor when she was struck while riding her bicycle at a highway intersection by the auto of defendant Fred Gorr, driven by the defendant Charles G. Waite; and the other action by the father on his own behalf to recover for consequential damages sustained. The cases were tried before Byron R. Wilson, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for defendants in each case. From separate orders denying their motions for a new trial, plaintiffs appealed.
